What’s life like at PASS?

For me life at PASS is extremely varied. Right from the start everyone has great deal of freedom and is given responsibility and trust, nevertheless set targets are reached.

How does PASS encourage your professional and personal development?

Through the Academy everyone at PASS has the opportunity of training and development. In the regular employee appraisals, professional and personal goals are discussed and are considered in development plans. I believe the selective assignment of responsibility has a strong influence so that you always get more challenged and thereby you develop yourself every time.

What makes PASS so unique compared to other companies?

Although I have only got to know other organizations through internships and student consulting activities, I think it’s the flat hierarchy and the giving of personal responsibility early on that makes PASS so unique compared to other companies.

How do you combine your private life and career?

In each project phase there is more or less time for a private life. However, with my ambitions to reach project goals and customer satisfaction, I don’t mind staying longer in the office. Through our flexible working hours, I can concentrate more time on my private life in quieter periods.

What are the factors of success for you?

I think you need strong will power and self-confidence to get on. But you also should enjoy the work and probably need a bit of luck.
