What are your most important tasks?
I provide administrative support for our business development managers and take care of the creation of offers, orders and projects in the internal PASS system. Furthermore, research work and the preparation of contracts are part of my responsibilities.
How did the first months of your training go?
It is nice to be able to take on a lot of responsibility very quickly and to work in a friendly and motivated team.
What is important to you about your work?
That it is interesting and varied, with new tasks that give me the opportunity to expand my knowledge.
Which soft skills are important in your job?
A certain amount of willingness to learn and the ability to work in a team is required. In addition, you should always be curious and eager to learn.
If your job were a sport, what would that be?
Team handball or a comparable type of team sport.
What does PASS matter for you?
The many opportunities for further education and the relaxed way of dealing with each other.
What do you like about your team?
I appreciate the helpfulness among each other and the good atmosphere.
Do you have a tip for a newcomer to your job at PASS?
Do not hesitate to ask questions. At PASS you will always be helped and each colleague will usually have good advice for you.
Is there a special experience/anecdote that you associate with PASS?
I especially like to think back to the annual PASS Late Year Benefit Concert and After-Show-Party at the Alte Oper Frankfurt.
