Why did you decide to do an internship at PASS?
PASS really impressed me, especially with its strong presence at the TH Aschaffenburg Campus Careers Fair. In addition, two of my professors have previously worked at PASS, which gave me a positive impression of the company.
What roles have you held at PASS since then?
Immediately after my internship, PASS gave me the opportunity to work as a student employee while pursuing my studies. From April to August 2025, I wrote my bachelor’s thesis in collaboration with PASS and completed it with good results.
What helped you the most in terms of professional development during your time as an intern or working student?
I always had a point of contact with whom I could discuss professional matters. In addition, I was entrusted with tasks that were both challenging and rewarding.
What experience at PASS stands out most in your memory?
I especially remember the orientation day because the CEO and the Chief Human Resources Officer took the time to welcome us personally and share their experiences. That immediately gave me a sense of connection to the company.
In your opinion, what is the most important factor for a successful start at PASS?
The motivation to achieve something as part of a team, but also on one's own.
What do you enjoy most about your work today?
Working as part of a team and on production-ready code.
What makes PASS special for you – especially for young talent?
The relaxed atmosphere within the team, the informal culture where everyone is on a first-name basis, the flat hierarchies, and the trust placed in new employees are what make PASS special. The close and supportive teamwork also contributes to this.
