Community is very important to us, not only in the office but also in our free time. Our large lounge area “Downstairs” at our headquarters in Aschaffenburg is a central meeting place for short breaks or game nights. Among other things, there is a pool table, game console, and pinball machine available for entertainment and casual conversation among employees.

PASS Life also includes various leisure activities that were created based on suggestions from our employees. The various offerings give our employees the opportunity to get to know each other better and to integrate their families and friends into PASS.

Colleagues regularly meet for Mario Kart evenings and show off their racing skills in a cheerful atmosphere. In addition, we have our board game club, where both classic and new games are played. It's an ideal opportunity to have fun together, develop strategies, and get to know each other even better.

We organize our own events for our trainees. The trainee evenings with consoles and pizza offer a relaxed opportunity to play games, laugh, and chat together, completely away from the everyday work routine.

PASS is also active in sports. Our running team regularly participates in events in the region and motivates each other to achieve new personal bests. In addition, some colleagues meet regularly to play soccer.

Our spacious garden is also a great place to relax. In summer, you can enjoy your lunch break under large trees or on our outdoor terrace. We have even watched the World Cup together here as a public viewing event. If you want to get some fresh air between meetings, you can use the garden for a short walk or a relaxing break in the greenery.

A special highlight in the annual calendar is our PASS Honor Celebration, which takes place every year. This evening is all about appreciation and gratitude. We honor colleagues who have been with the company for at least five years, as well as those who are entering their well-deserved retirement. We also recognize special achievements within the company.

In a festive atmosphere with culinary highlights, musical accompaniment, and a varied supporting program, every year we create an unforgettable evening full of recognition, personal words, and shared memories.
