The PASS career model comprises of seven career steps that begin at entry level for newcomers to the business and culminate at executive level. It is expected that every employee will reach senior levels through progressively increasing knowledge and experience. What to Expect

What to Expect
As a new graduate, you’ll take on exciting tasks right from the start and work alongside experienced colleagues on digital solutions. You’ll have the opportunity to apply and further expand the knowledge you gained during your studies or training in a practical setting.

You’ll support projects in your field and work on tasks with direct practical relevance. In the process, you’ll become familiar with our technologies, processes, and client projects.

What to Expect
Depending on how you join us – whether as a mandatory intern, a working student, or as part of a bachelor’s or master’s thesis – you’ll gain hands-on insight into our company. While you’ll gain initial experience during your mandatory internship, as a working student you’ll already be taking on independent project tasks. For your thesis, you’ll work on a previously agreed-upon topic with direct practical relevance.

You’ll work on subject-specific topics in the area where you’re assigned – depending on your major and your specific role.

Apprenticeship at PASS
Kick off your career with an apprenticeship at PASS. From the very beginning, you’ll be part of the team, take on your own responsibilities, and gain valuable hands-on experience. You can find more information about our apprenticeship programs on the PASS job portal.
1. Apply through our careers page
Please submit your complete application materials directly via the form on pass-karriere.com. That way, we can review them as soon as possible.
2. Forwarding to the Department
If we are impressed by your initial application, we will forward your application materials to the department responsible for the open position. The subsequent thorough review may result in some waiting time.
3. Phone Interview / Virtual Interview
If your application has also piqued the department’s interest, we’ll start by conducting a phone or virtual interview with you. During this interview, we’d like to get to know you better and get a sense of your work style.
4. Second on-site interview at PASS
In the next step, we’ll usually invite you to another interview. Depending on the department and where you live, this will take place either at our offices or virtually.
5. Company Open House
Depending on the department, we’ll invite you to an open house. This will give you a better sense of the company, your potential new responsibilities, and your future coworkers.
6. Hiring
Has everything gone smoothly so far on both sides? If so, you’ve made it to the hiring stage. You’ll receive a contract offer, and we look forward to starting your future at PASS together with you!
7. Onboarding
Welcome! On your first day of work, you’ll get to know our onboarding event, PASS, key processes, and your new coworkers during our onboarding session.
8. Mentoring Program
Of course, you won't be on your own after onboarding. Thanks to our mentoring program, you'll always have a point of contact available to you, even after your first few days on the job.
