Through the PASS Academy, the PASS Consulting Group brings together all initiatives aimed at training and developing its employees. Our offerings are intentionally designed for everyone – regardless of their role, experience, or career stage. In this way, we lay the foundation for continuous learning and personal development throughout the entire company.
We are currently undergoing a fundamental overhaul of the PASS Academy. The focus is on building a modern, digital learning portal that meets the demands of a changing work environment.
In addition to professional training, we will place even greater emphasis on exchange and networking in the future. Knowledge transfer among employees and collaborative learning formats will be specifically strengthened alongside digital learning formats. In doing so, we also draw on the results of our internal employee surveys to tailor our offerings even more precisely to the needs of our teams.
For the year 2026, we are placing a clear focus on a quality initiative in our professional development programs. At the same time, we are consistently driving forward the development of the new Academy portal.
