Career with PASS

  • 2025 – Junior Innovation Consultant

How and when did you find PASS?

I joined PASS in February 2025. Due to its proximity to my home, PASS has always been a point of contact for me in the field of software solutions.

What are you currently working on and what tasks fall within your area of responsibility?

My responsibilities include the development and further development of a software for one of our customers in the banking sector, as well as customer-related consulting.

Which tasks do you enjoy most?

I prefer working on the development of new functionalities because it allows me to constantly encounter new challenges and take on tasks that I have not done before. This enables me to apply and further deepen the knowledge I already have acquired to new tasks. At the same time, it gives me the best opportunity to constantly learn new things.

Which skill or characteristic helps you most in your day-to-day work?

My willingness to learn and my openness to new topics help me most in my day-to-day work. I can acquire new knowledge, quickly familiarize myself with new areas, and thus respond flexibly to requirements.

Which feature of PASS would you consider indispensable?

The flexible work arrangements, which make everyday work more enjoyable.

If you had to describe PASS in three words, what would they be and why?

Encouraging: I get the opportunity to take on new tasks that I wasn't familiar with before. This constantly challenges me to expand my knowledge which is especially true when implementing new functionalities.
Structured: The processes at PASS are well structured. This starts with the onboarding of new employees and continues in everyday work – with regular meetings, both internally and with customers, so that a clear workflow can be guaranteed at all times.
Demanding: The tasks are challenging and give me the opportunity to surpass myself. You are regularly confronted with new topics, both professional and technical.

What advice would you give your first-day self today?

Take every complex task as a challenge and use it to learn as much as possible.

What would you like to achieve or learn at PASS in the next few years?

I would like to develop professionally and technically. I want to deepen my knowledge of the technologies used, expand my banking knowledge, and move up from my junior role.
