Tell us, how did you find out about PASS and what convinced you the most at that time?
I was searching various websites for an apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration and came across PASS, where I applied immediately. The advertisement convinced me because it offered exactly the training I was looking for.
What particularly appealed to you about the training program “IT specialist for system integration”?
Working with computers and being able to use my PC experience to help other employees.
What does a typical working day look like for you and which part do you enjoy the most?
I start my day in the morning by checking my emails, and that's when my working day begins. I look at my tickets and process them right away. I usually go to the patch room, set up notebooks, or prepare them for return shipping. In between, I take calls and provide client support. What I enjoy most is communicating with my colleagues and helping them with any problems that arise.
What has been the most exciting project you've been involved in so far?
The most exciting project I've done so far was creating a script in PowerShell that allows you to delete and add things.
What other skills have you acquired during your training that you can also use in your private life?
General PC experience, as I have many people around me who work with computers and need support.
What do you particularly appreciate about your team?
What I appreciate most about my team is the working atmosphere among us. We can talk and laugh, but if someone has a problem, everyone is happy to help and everyone is very supportive.
If you had to describe your training in three words, what would they be and why?
Notebooks – colleagues – support. I work with notebooks a lot, help colleagues with problems, and provide support.
What development opportunities do you see for yourself after completing your training?
I would like to develop my skills in the direction of network administration.
Is there a situation at PASS that you particularly like to remember?
The PASS annual conferences have always been very enjoyable so far.
