What makes PASS special for you?

PASS differentiates that it is not only a customer orientated but also an employee orientated organization. Everyone has development and career opportunities.

What advice would you give to newcomers at PASS?

There is nothing that you can’t achieve, if you believe in your ideas and can convince others of them.

Which soft skills are important in your area and why?

Communication skills, presentation skills, team orientation and composure – it is important to be able to familiarise oneself quickly with new topics, to radiate calm in hectic times and thus to always have the right appearance.

Do you have any anecdotes from life at PASS?

After ten years at PASS I could name quite a few highlights, but one experience comes good to mind: When I started at PASS I had long hair usually tied back, on one holiday I decided to have my hair cut short to the norm for a “consultant”. On my first day back from holiday, I met Gerhard Rienecker, Managing Director and founder of the PASS Consulting Group at reception. The first thing he said to me was not “good morning” or “hello” but how could I cut off such a USP! I countered, that I thought I had enough other USPs at PASS – to start with, as we did not have an office in India at that time, I was the only Indian employee.

With which sport could you compare your job and why?

My job can certainly be compared to a team sport like football, as there is only success after the entire team has functioned and the trainer has done a good job.
