What exactly interests you about your chosen profession, and why did you decide to pursue it?

Because I was already very interested in computers before I started my training, and I wanted to deepen this enthusiasm professionally.

What motivated you to start training at PASS?

The large number of employees and the company's clear focus on IT motivated me.

What does a typical working day look like for you?

Of course, every working day is a little different, but I usually start by checking my emails in the morning and getting an overview of new tasks. Then I go through my tickets and deal with the highest priority ones first. Throughout the day, calls come in via our IT hotline, and I provide “first aid” to our employees.

You deal with a lot of tickets. Can you briefly describe what exactly they are and how you work with them?

Tickets are messages from colleagues or systems describing a problem or request. We record these tickets, assess their priority, and process them step by step so that all issues can be clearly documented.

What is your favorite subject at vocational school and why?

My favorite subject is Information Technology (FU-IT) because it covers many practical topics. It gives you a better understanding of how IT systems are structured, how they work together, and how to use them properly in everyday working life.

Which skills would you particularly like to develop in the near future?

Above all, I would like to further expand my knowledge in the areas of cybersecurity and Linux, because I particularly enjoy these areas and they are very important in everyday life.

How do you imagine the ideal working atmosphere?

An atmosphere where teamwork, mutual support, and open feedback are a given.

How would you describe your team in three words and why?

Competent, reliable, helpful - because everyone in the team contributes their knowledge, approaches problems in a solution-oriented manner, and supports each other.
